Please note that as of Jan 1, 2005 the NYS Office of Parks has a
policy for caches hidden on State Park lands. I have been given the
duties of issuing the permits for the Allegany Region which include
Allegany State Park, Lake Erie State Park and Long Point State Park.
Before accepting any letterboxes on NY State Park property here in the
Allegany Region, please have the box owner contact me at
Thomas.LeBlanc@oprhp.state.ny.us for a permit application.
